Thrill technical sponsor of Sana Slow Wine Fair 2022
The first edition of Sana Slow Wine Fair is held in Bologna, from 27 to 29 March 2022.
Organized by BolognaFiere with the artistic direction of Slow Food, in partnership with FederBio and Confcommercio Ascom Bologna, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ICE, the event represents the first international meeting of the Slow Wine Coalition and brings together for for the first time hundreds of producers and operators of the wine supply chain from Italy and abroad.
The organization of Sana Slow Wine Fair has chosen THRILL as a technical sponsor to ensure safety and quality in the tasting room. Guests of the event will have THRILL available to chill and sanitize glassware dedicated to tasting.
Three days of online conferences open to everyone and another three days in attendance at BolognaFiere with scheduled meetings, tastings and masterclasses. The success of the first edition of Sana Slow Wine Fair is confirmed by the participation of almost 500 producers from 18 countries who, in complete safety, exhibit their labels and meet thousands of operators in the sector. Labels that respond to three clear principles, the same ones that guide the Slow Wine Coalition and that are written in the Slow Food Manifesto for a good, clean and fair wine: they are environmental sustainability, landscape protection and cultural role and social activity that wineries can play in the territories in which they operate.
The program of the event is divided into:
• an online conference part prior to the physical event
• an opening plenary session dedicated to the delegates of the Slow Wine Coalition
• an exhibition section that includes Italian and international wineries
• a series of masterclasses that include guided tastings of some of the most prestigious appellations in the world and new wine frontiers
To avoid queues at the tills, tickets to participate in the Sana Slow Wine Fair can be purchased exclusively online.

• Sunday 27 March from 12 to 19
• Monday 28 March from 10 to 18
• Tuesday 29 March from 10 to 16
